I build research practices from scratch and use AI like a team of junior researchers. I use AI to draft, synthesize, and pressure-test which enables me to be one senior with the output of a team. Across more than 6 years in tech at companies like Google, Meta, JPMorgan, and DAT, I've walked into orgs where research was broken or didn't exist and shipped signal fast, shaping 0-to-1 products in freight, payments, and enterprise AI. Several of the researchers I mentored went on to succeed me.
